Institutional Purchasing
Tax-exempt orders, purchase orders, and W-9 requests, all in one place. Everything your school, district, or organization needs to get set up with Superspace.
Tax-Exempt Status
When you upload your tax-exempt certificate our team will be notified, review its validity, and remove sales tax from your account on eligible orders. We will reach out to you when the process is complete.
We usually process these within a few hours, however, please allow 24 hours for processing in case we are not able to get to it immediately.
Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders and are able to generate a quote or invoice, if needed. We accommodate payment upon delivery, Net 30 or Net 60 terms upon request. We accept check, ACH, and money orders on these purchases.
You can submit a request for quote or invoice below. Keep in mind, this site does not accept card payment, so if you need it immediately you can place an order on this site and use the confirmation for your quote.
You can also upload your PO below when its ready.
W-9 & Vendor Setup
Need our W-9 or vendor paperwork for your district or institution? Download our current W-9 and share it with your purchasing team to complete setup. It does include our current address.
